Every month, our data team reviews and updates counties across the nation to do that work for you, making sure your parcel data stays as accurate and up-to-date as possible.

We’ve expanded the Regrid Feature Service to include the Regrid Verse Metadata layer, giving you instant visual access to our county level metadata directly within your existing GIS environment.
How to access the verse table layer in your account
To add it to your map, just add “100” as the layer at the end of your current Feature Service URL. Following the example below, be sure to swap out "YOUR_REGRID_TOKEN" with your unique token. Here's the format:
https://fs.regrid.com/YOUR_REGRID_TOKEN/rest/services/premium/FeatureServer/100
On April 13th, 2026, we will be enabling geospatial search optimization on our Snowflake delivery. This will improve the performance of your geospatial queries with no downtime and no changes required on your end.
