January 2024 Parcel Data Update

Written by Team Regrid | Jan 11, 2024 6:41:24 PM

A detail of updates in December of 2023 and a preview of the upcoming counties in our pipeline is below.

Adding Nationwide Zoning Data - Premium Schema Change: As part of our new partnership with with Zonomics, we are adding 5 additional fields of information about the zoning of parcels that will be in the March deliveries. These fields will include standardized information about zoning type and subtype and links to the municipality's zoning ordinance. More information will be forthcoming as we finalize the schema specifications.

Placekey new column - Premium and Standard Schema Change: Due to an increase in requests for Placekey codes we will be adding Placekey codes directly into our parcel records to make using Placekeys easier. We expect this to be a single column addition in our March delivery as well.

Matched Building Footprint Dataset Update - Completed: Our nationwide dataset of building footprints was updated in December 2023 expanding our coverage to over 186 million Buildings.
