Parcel Schema Changes and Data Enrichments are now live - At the end of January we rolled out 18 new enriched fields to the Regrid schema.
This included some new fields to better track existing fields as well as additional representation of data. Within our Premium Schema we also partnered with Esri to add 8 new demographic fields, 3 parcel elevation fields, a risk rating element, and a distance to electric transmission line. We also added the PreciselyID to our Premium Schema to better enable customers linking our data to Precisely. You can find more information about all these enrichments on our Blog.
Snowflake Beta Update - We will be updating the schema for our Snowflake tables to use the Geography datatype and specifying EPSG:4326 for our parcel geometries in March 2025. This should improve geospatial operation performance.
