Your Data

Mobile App Usage Data: Our mobile app captures technical data, including, for example, your phone's make and model, actions you take within the app. This data is stored by Sentry, a tool used to help developers fix application problems. We use this data on an individual level to reconstruct activity from a session or by a user for troubleshooting and issue resolution purposes. We may also use this data if you contact us for assistance with technical support questions.

Survey Data: Any data you submit via the surveying function will be accessible to The Genesee County Land Bank Authority. This data can affect the styling of colors on the map, as well as the photo used on each property’s details panel.

Secure Data Handling Procedures

We employ HTTPS along with other industry-recognized security safeguards to help protect your personally identifiable information from loss, misuse, or unauthorized alteration. All data sent to the app is protected with technology that protects your data.
