September 2024 Parcel Data Update
A detail of updates in August of 2024 and a preview of the upcoming counties in our pipeline is below.
Parcel Schema Changes forthcoming in Q4, or possibly Q1 2025 - As mentioned last month we are finalizing plans to add several new fields to our Premium parcel schema and are planning on releasing those changes beginning in the middle of Q4 (October or November). We are still finalizing all changes and will provide additional details well in advance of release. There is an outside chance that this forthcoming change could push into Q1 of 2025, we’ll keep you informed in the next month or two.
Snowflake delivery is now in beta - As we mentioned last month, we have rolled out Snowflake delivery as a beta.We expect the beta period to be complete in late 2024. If you have familiarity with Snowsite, the Snowflake web interface, and a Snowflake account with an Admin role (or other account level with ability to Create Database and Share Import privileges) and would like to be part of the beta let us know by emailing tech@regrid.com.
LBCS Ownership Classification - We are planning to expand the fill rate for the ownership classification field across our full dataset during September and October. We have added new classifications for private individual and joint ownership, private trust ownership and commercial ownership. While we are not able to identify all the classifications in the LBCS Ownership dimension, we will be using most of the classes listed on our support site: Standardized Land Use Code Keys
