Improved approach to updating counties!  As we mentioned in our December email, we have improved our approach to update frequency for the better! In the past, we targeted specific states for updates at different points throughout the year. Beginning now, we have adjusted that approach to better align with source data availability and bring you updates more quickly. We’ll still work to provide you with a list of States that we are targeting updates in each month, but we’ll also deliver beyond that.  Also note that Regrid is now targeting over 500 counties for update each calendar quarter. These 500+ counties not only represent over 50% of the parcels and population of the United States, but also represent the largest and fastest-growing urban and suburban areas of the country. Regrid remains committed to updating all counties at least 1x per year, subject to availability, and will update more frequently than that even outside the 500+ targeted counties whenever possible. Contact your CSM or Account Executive to better understand the specific 500+ counties targeted for quarterly updates.

Feature Service Update: Related Records in ESRI AGOL Map Viewer

With the retirement of Map Viewer Classic approaching in Spring 2026, there has never been a better time to transition your workflows to the modern Map Viewer. The good news is that the Regrid Feature Service’s ‘Related Records’ function, which allows us to show all matched parcel data add-ons such as building footprints, standardized zoning, etc, at the individual parcel-level,  is fully supported in Esri’s standard ArcGIS Online (AGOL) Map Viewer. Whether you are using the legacy version or the new default, configuring related record popups between Parcels and add-on datasets is easy and fully functional.
